Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority where you live), you may use the Services only with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information (including photos and face-related processing for beauty and hairstyle effects). Please review it before using the Services.

3. Your Content & Photo Permissions

The Services may allow you to upload photos (including real person photos) to generate AI beauty effects (e.g., makeup and hairstyle changes). You keep ownership of your content.

Permission & Responsibility

• You confirm you have the right to upload and edit the photos you submit (including permission from any person shown).
• You are responsible for how you use and share results generated by the Services.

License to Operate the Services

You grant BeautySnap a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, host, and modify your uploaded content solely to provide the requested features (e.g., applying makeup/hairstyle effects), as described in the Privacy Policy.

BeautySnap is not a backup service. Please keep your own copies. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or deceptive purposes.
• Infringe others’ rights (privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, etc.).
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Services (including malware or automation/scraping).
• Create or share content that is exploitative, non-consensual, or otherwise harmful.

5. Subscriptions

The Services may offer paid subscriptions that auto-renew unless canceled. Payment is handled by the App Store / Google Play. You can manage or cancel in your store account settings.

• Auto-renewal will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period (where applicable).
• Any free trial (if offered) will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Prices and available plans may change; we will provide notice where required.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services (excluding your content) are owned by BeautySnap or licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use the Services. You may not copy, sell, distribute, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated results may vary based on inputs and may not be accurate or suitable for every use. You use the Services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAUTYSNAP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates risk or harm. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Disputes & Arbitration (U.S. Residents)

If you are a U.S. resident, except for small-claims cases and certain intellectual property disputes, you and BeautySnap agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration and waive the right to a jury trial. Claims must be brought on an individual basis (no class actions).

Opt-Out (30 Days)

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing tedandlhq@gmail.com with your name, the email used with the Services (if any), and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration.

Governing law (unless prohibited by local law): California, USA. If arbitration does not apply, disputes will be brought in courts in California, USA.

11. Apple iOS Terms

• These Terms are between you and BeautySnap, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the Services and has no obligation to provide support.
• To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation and is not responsible for claims relating to the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide notice in the App. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
